Brian is the Managing Director of BHall Consulting LLC. During 16 years as a U.S. diplomat, he specialized in building bridges, delivering tangible results, and forging collaborations between the private sector and government. With extensive experience in emerging markets, infrastructure, energy, finance, and strategic communications, he is excited to continue building mutually beneficial partnerships. In 2023, he was recognized as the most effective diplomat in international business affairs. 

Brian held leadership roles at the U.S. embassies in Guyana, Ecuador, Kenya, Niger, and at the Department of State’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. where he specialized in private sector collaboration and investor engagement. In Guyana, he was the Political and Economic Section Chief where he initiated and led groundbreaking efforts including the $2 billion U.S. EXIM Bank MOU and subsequent $527 million loan for Guyana’s Gas to Energy project, which won the “Deal of the Year” award. Brian strengthened the bilateral relationship with Guyana and multilateral partnership with CARICOM, resulting in numerous visits by senior U.S. officials including Members of the U.S. Congress. During several postings in Washington D.C., Brian also led private sector engagement projects for several Secretaries of State and other senior officials.
